I am missing a road connection in ukraine. Everething is in order how its supposed to be. Can somebody help me with this issue?

Still persists. I have removed balkan dlc merge. And i am using hybrid+2 actual version.

Nvm im dumb. You were right i was using the wrong Hybrid. My appologies. Thank you for your help man and keep up the good work.
